Are the photos the actual items ?
The photos on our website are taken with our own stock, so they show the real products and brands we work with.
However, since each box is unique and handpicked, you may not receive the exact same colors or combinations shown in the photos but always items of the same quality, authenticity, and condition.
Can I choose the colors in my box ?
No, each box is a surprise selection curated by our team.
We handpick a balanced mix of colors and styles to make sure every box feels unique and high-quality.
Can I resell the items I receive ?
Yes, all pieces you receive from RESELLR are authentic and verified, meaning they’re ready to resell on platforms like Vinted, eBay, or Depop.
Each item is washed, quality-checked, and in Grade A condition, allowing you to generate real profit margins, often between x2 and x3 depending on color, size, and demand.
About shipping & delivery
All orders are shipped directly from our UK warehouse within 3 to 7 business days after purchase.
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way, so you can follow it in real time.
We offer:

Average delivery times:
- Europe: 3–7 business days after dispatch

About return & refund
If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To start the process, please contact us via our contact form, and our team will provide detailed instructions for returning your items.
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will confirm its approval by email.
Your refund will then be issued directly to your original payment method (credit/debit card, Shop Pay, Stripe, or Scalapay) within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and validate the returned items.
Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in cases of error or defect caused by us in those situations, we will cover all return costs and resend your corrected order free of charge.
